  1. Log-in if you've booked a class before. Use your unique code or email address if you're a package holder/monthly member.

  2. Choose appointment type, date, & time.

  3. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address (be sure to check the spelling).

  4. Reminder emails/texts will be sent out prior to your class.

  6. No refunds for classes canceled less than 24 hours prior to class.

There is a Minimum to Hold Classes - otherwise, they are subject to cancellation.

  • The Minimum Registration in virtual classes is three (3) students.
  • Must meet minimum registration 4 hours prior to the start time of class.
